OK, unfortunately this video is out of date and there are no longer 53 of these beautiful planes flying. This was the first video I shot with a brand new entry-level digital video camera back in October of 2000. I was returning from work on a Friday afternoon when I spotted Starship I (N500CP) on short final to the Livermore airport in California. I ran by home, picked up my camera, and ran down to the airport. It was getting dark but the pilot said he would be taking off on Saturday. Upon talking to the line crew for fueling, we found out a second Starship (N47FL) was due back Saturday afternoon as well. Dan with 500CP waited as long as he could but then finally had to leave. As I was picking up my tripod I heard the distinctive sound of the second Starship just after the first had taken off. Both aircraft were out of the Los Angeles area. Here they are, enjoy...

A real odd one, this game! You play as a mosquito that needs to suck enough blood from the Yamada family to survive the winter. What's even weirder is that you're a guy... Only the females suck blood! This is the "Second Year" of Mr. Mosquito. If you fill all the EX Tanks with blood during the first year, you get this bonus mode to play through. It's basically a slightly harder version with a few tweaks to the story. I purposefully engage a battle in each of the levels to show you they play out. ---------- 2:00 - What the heck did I hit there? Wonky collision detection. 2:15 - That's food. They give you pieces of hints/secrets 2:30 - That's the bug zapper. Hurts if you touch it, so... don't touch it. Not really that dangerous, huh? 2:40 - EX Tank! 3:08 - Nice backflip 4:15 - Whoa, did you see how she summoned that bug spray out of thin air? That must be useful. Had a bit of trouble finding that 2nd blood sucking point. Turns out you need her on the phone for both. That "Hah-Hah" you keep hearing is the television set tuned in to a karate show. A really fuzzy, pixelated karate show.
