Nederlandse (NL) thriller uit 2006 van Guido Pieters. Met: Cees Geel, Miryanna van Reeden, Maarten Heijmans e.a. Het is 1940 en drie Joodse gezinnen willen vanuit Rotterdam naar Engeland vluchten per boot om de Duitse onderdrukking te ontvluchten, hierbij bevinden zich de families Oberstein, Edersheim en Rosenblat. Het schip onder leiding van Joost Vroom wordt op de Noordzee onderschept door een Duitse onderzeeër en tot ontploffing gebracht, de opvarenden weten te ontsnappen in een sloep, maar zijn al hun bezittingen kwijt en keren weer terug naar Nederland. Daar worden ze ondergebracht bij apotheker Minderhout.
