ARLINGTON, Texas - General Motors is expanding its production facility in Texas as part of a move that will add about 180 jobs in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. GM said Tuesday that construction will start next week on a $200 million parts manufacturing wing of the Arlington plant. The facility will produce large parts for GM's full-size sport utility vehicles.
