Washington state and Facebook are suing a Delaware company saying it is scamming site users

Facebook is warning its users to beware of a new type of spam on their timelines, while the site and the Washington state attorney general are suing a Delaware company saying it's ripping people off.

Facebook delivered 28% of all display ads last year, according to Comscore. Yahoo came in at a distant second with just 11% of the ad display market. And even further behind are Microsoft and Google. CNBC's Kayla Tausche reports.
